For the first time, Brittany Reese is going to take an actual non-working vacation. Being the owner and publisher of Colorful Travels Magazine, her job allows her to travel all over the globe. However it's always work. Well, this time it's all about her. Her destination—Finland.
Yeah, of all places. It wasn't planned, it just happened thanks to a certain ex. Oh well, she wasn't going to shop anyway, this was more like a Sabbatical. Although she loved her career, there was still something missing. She didn't know if it was work or her lack luster love life. But she was going to find out and Finland was perfect. Drama free.
Sebastian Jalo never believed in fate. But seeing the dark beauty on his favorite clothing optional beach was making him a believer. This was the fourth time in as many years that he's seen her, but he never got a chance to approach her, she was always busy. Well this time was as better time as any.
Besides, he could use a little excitement in his life. Being a graphic artist for the Government of Finland didn't actually scream party!
What could be better than enjoying a relaxing day on the beach? Having a “Sea God” join you while you do it. In this story, Brittany Reese is all work and no play. Even though Brittany is well traveled, she hasn’t really slowed down to enjoy life and everything it has to offer. Sebastian Jalo has noticed Brittany from afar and sets out to change that after an interesting run in on a nude beach.
This book is outstanding! It is a fast read, one I found myself unable to put down until the last page. Then I wanted to pick it up and read it again. I was a little worried about reviewing this book because I saw there was a story before this one, however this book stands up as a strong standalone read. Ms. Williams didn’t disappoint at all with the extremely erotic tale. The mixture of eroticism and humor are well-balanced. There were times when I was nearly doubled over in laughter at the double meanings Brittany had to explain and others when I had to fan myself.
The realism of the characters was one-of-a-kind. Sebastian Jalo is so hot, I’m thinking about taking a vacation to Finland. Brittany and Sebastian are real characters that have to deal with real issues like falling for each other when they are from two different countries. Without giving too much away, let’s just say you will love the way Sebastian compromises. Did I mention the sex scenes are HOT? Readers be warned a “refresher pair” will definitely be necessary after reading this steamy story.
Not only would I be willing to read this story again, I intend to do so, several times. This is one of those books that will forever stay in the "To Be Read" file. I highly recommend this book.
