Balion, Prince of Locke Cress, waited a long time for the forest nymph with lavender eyes to come to him. The dreams told him it was just a matter of time. What they hadn't told him was that he'd lose his heart to the strange creature from another world.

After the serial killer attacked Kira, she awoke in a strange land. Now, she's running for her life from wild boars, wizards, and sorcerers, not to mention a Prince that makes her body melt in all the wrong places. Facing extraordinary circumstances as the evil plots unfold, Kira fights for her life, and for a love that neither time nor distance can ever dispel from her soul.

"Fantasy lives in all of us. We long to be carried away to an extraordinary world, contrary to the one we live in. In Dust and Moonlight I've tried to do just that. Join me in a journey where magical powers and true identities are concealed, where an ordinary woman is thrust into a mystical land that threatens her very existence. Kira must rely on conventional wisdom to stay alive in this alien kingdom where wizards, sorcerers and evil reside. Well, conventional wisdom and a wee bit of help from her deceased grandmother who practiced witchcraft in her day. When she meets Balion, Prince of Locke Cress, she discovers cosmic love, a love that crosses all boundaries and withstands the test of time. Live the fantasy, believe in the magic, and join Kira for the adventure of her life . . . and yours. " ~Keta~

Even though this started out a little slow and strange, it turned out to be an enjoyable read. Getting into the characters was interesting since this isn’t my normal genre of book that I usually pick up, but Ms. Diablo did a good job of bringing the characters to life.

Ms. Diablo pulls you into the interaction between Balion and Kira. It was wonderful and I could feel their love building over time. They dream of each other even though they don’t know who the other is and when finally do come face to face, the fireworks explode. My favorite part would be when they first met after she goes back in time and she’s not quite sure whether she’s lost her mind or not. The word play between the two is awesome.

Wizards and magic bring you into their world and spin the story into something believable. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in outright fantasy.

When Melody Forbes butts heads with Reese Torrin at a hockey game, the last thing she expects is to be pinned against a wall, breathless, hot and needy less than twelve hours later. The man's an asshole! But he's the only one around when her life takes one devastating turn after another. She isn't looking for a relationship, but casual, no strings, no promises sex…now that's something she can handle. Then things start to change.

Reese doesn't believe in love but one look at Melody has him wondering if he's wrong. The woman is hot! She's also the sister of a close friend. He should keep his hands off her but when she literally jumps him, demanding he take her, how can he be expected to say no? And when she reaches a part of him that no woman has ever touched before, how can he be expected to walk away?

This title has been previously published but has been extensively revised.

He’s a drummer for a popular metal band and he’s a hockey fan. She’s a photographer who gave up her life to care for her father suffering from Alzheimer’s. What’s she supposed to do when the sexy drummer berates her professional hockey player brother? Give him hell, of course! Want to know more? Then read Sports Beats: Rock Hard Seduction.

Ms. Ramagos writes a compelling, yet fun novella. I couldn’t put this story down. The connections to pop culture and the hockey angle made the story resonate with me. And who wouldn’t want to meet a sex god, rock idol? I liked that Ms. Ramagos didn’t make the heroine, Melody out to be a groupie. She gave the character her own strong identity, but also added dimensions to her that made her soft and relatable. I liked that she took care of her father and worried about him so much. Many people care for aging adults in the same manner.

I liked that though Reese was a total jerk at times, he was still human, like any man. Just because he played with an internationally known band didn’t make him immortal or immune to his emotions. I also liked that he wasn’t the run of the mill tall, dark, and handsome man. He had flaws that many men have. When he let his true personality show through, he was a sexy man on the inside and out.

And the sex scenes! Very hot! I felt like I was really right there with them!

If you want a great, sexy story tinged with sports, rock and roll and a lot of heart, then you want Sports Beats: Rock Hard Seduction. You won’t be disappointed! I give this work 5 cherries.

Sheltered Persephone, Goddess of Spring, never gets to do anything— thanks to the suffocating love of her mother, Demeter. Sephie is being carefully groomed to follow in the footsteps of the two “virgin” goddesses, Athena and Artemis, and while they sure do have a lot of fun together, she longs for something deeper—and darker. When Aidon, the God of the Underworld—generally known as Hades—appears in his chariot to claim Persephone for his bride, the young goddess gets more than she wished for.

Held captive in the Underworld, she suddenly longs to return to the safety and security of her mother’s protection, but the dark and commanding Aidon binds her to him, claiming her bit by glorious bit as his own. Her coming of age is one of sexual awakening as she learns the bondage her new master imposes fulfills her darkest desires. Persephone finds herself submitting to and obeying Aidon’s command and discovers being taken and consumed in the heat of passion by a man—a god—is what she was truly made for. Persephone can’t deny her own nature, or her growing feelings for Aidon, as she submits to his domination and surrenders as his wife and prepares to rule as his Queen.

As she finally admits her own feelings, Persephone faces the looming specter of her history, which threatens to shatter the newly formed bonds between the couple. She must now face not only her past, but her present, and her future—no longer only the Goddess of Spring, but also as the wife of Aidon and Queen of the Underworld—and the choices she will be forced to make will change the world forever.

The Greek myth of Persephone’s abduction and subsequent desperate courtship by Hades has always been one of my favorite stories, but the reader can’t approach this book expecting that story. The dark, lonely god who abducts the maiden on a sudden whim, the dutiful daughter who longs to return to her mother, and the terrible depravations that occur during her mother’s anguished mourning, these elements are largely missing. This is, instead, a story of dominance and the need of one male-starved girl to be dominated.

The sex is imaginative, abundant and super-heated and liberally peppered with magical toys conveniently made by Hephaestus-boy he sure was busy! If you happen to be a reader of erotic fiction who prefers extra Scoville units in your sex scenes (scotch bonnet, habanero, Thai chili pepper hot) you will not be disappointed. This Hades is an unquestioned Alpha as well, with the requisite hot body and deep voice one expects and though the Underworld is a necessarily dark place, the work has its humorous moments, such as the revelation that the handsome, scary god of death, Thanatos, is something of a dim bulb. Kitt obviously knows her mythology and all the important players are in place, with the story playing out against an imaginative recreation of the Greek land of the dead.

Unfortunately, much of the story could have been any BDSM surrender story, set in any time period. The dialogue waffles between attempts at an archaic style and overt anachronisms such as Hermes blurting out “works for me!” While some readers may find this amusing, it can be distracting and pulled this reader from the story.

The initial surrender scene yanked me out of the story as well since Persephone surrenders without any trust or feeling for her abductor. Love comes much later but only well after her supposed submission, which seemed, for me, difficult to believe. This scene could be overlooked if the character herself were more sympathetic but she is, in essence, self-absorbed and immature, someone who doesn’t experience growth but rather has a sudden and equally unbelievable transformation into someone mature who makes wise decisions. Even then, she spares little thought to her grieving mother, much too consumed by her own needs, and even less thought to the masses of people suffering and starving while she refuses to deal with the world. The end, while an interesting solution, makes one wonder if perhaps it could have been made better if she had been forced to take some responsibility.

An interesting take on the familiar myth, this story is peppered with quirky characters and an abundance of sensuality. Even if you read it for the pomegranate scene alone, it’s worth a peek.

Poor Ethan Schwartz. It seems like he will never find that special someone. At age 42, he’s still alone, his bed still empty, and his 42-inch HDTV overworked. He’s tried the bars and other places where gay men are supposed to find one another, but for Ethan, it never works out. He wonders if it ever will. Should he get a cat?

But all of that is about to change. At work, Ethan hears about a website that promises to deliver more than just the tawdry hook-ups associated with so many other sites. Ethan wants romance, and although he’s always been a little shy about the whole cyber-dating scene, he figures he has nothing to lose.

Well, maybe he does have something to lose: his self-esteem. After he posts his profile, he gets zero responses. But Ethan realizes one thing about the cyberworld that isn’t true in the real one: Online, Ethan can be anyone he wants to be.

And a new persona is born. The new Ethan is handsome (with someone else’s pic) and the sudden recipient of dozens of online come-ons. What Ethan doesn't count on, however, is finding—among the propositions and the flattery—his one true love. Not just a gorgeous man, but one who suits him in almost every way.

How does Ethan turn his budding cyber love into a real one? And can he hang on to his mystery suitor without turning him off with his deception?

Want to meet a nightly fling? There’s a website to that’ll get you that information. Want a long lasting relationship? There’s a whole list of websites that claim to have that too? Want the truth? That’s something you have to supply on your own.

To find out more, Read VGL Male Seeks Same.

Few novels really get to the heart of a situation, like dating. This novel by Rick R. Reed does just that. We all want to find someone, but to do that, we must be honest with ourselves. Ethan and Brian are great and very real guys. Heroes don’t all come in perfect packages. Love interests don’t always come in those same perfect packages, but when we fall, we fall.

I liked that Brian and Ethan found each other online because many people find love in the same manner. I liked that the novel mirrored real life. You could admire Ethan’s quandaries and how he dealt with his actions.

If you want a great contemporary novel that proves that love comes in any form, then VGL Male Seeks Same. I give this novella 4 ½ cherries.

Every Girl Wants a Guy Who's an Animal in Bed!

Artist Heidi Gibson is spending the summer up in Anchorage doing some painting when she gets attacked by a crazed wolf. She is rescued by golden-eyed wildlife biologist Luke McCall, who calmly informs she has been bitten by a werewolf and will turn into one during the next full moon. Thinking he’s obviously out of his mind, she can’t get away from him fast enough.

When strange things start happening to her, however, she begins to think the ruggedly handsome biologist could be right. Not knowing what else to do, she goes to Luke and is stunned to discover that he knows so much about werewolves because he’s one himself.

As Luke teaches her what she needs to know about being a werewolf, Heidi finds herself falling hard for the Alaskan hunk. But while they’re intent on each other, the werewolf that attacked her comes back into the picture, and he’s not exactly happy that another of his kind is trying to take the woman he believes is his
rightful mate. Can Luke and Heidi's attraction overpower the jealousy of the rogue werewolf?

Animal Instinct is the sequel to Animal Attraction. However, this book is fine as a stand-alone title. Paige Tyler has created an erotic paranormal story set in the wilderness of Alaska, giving me beautiful pictures of this area to savor as I read about Heidi and Luke. Heidi is an artist who has come to Alaska to get inspiration for her watercolors. While on a hike, she is attacked by a wolf and is saved by Luke. She is grateful to Luke until he tells her that the wolf was actually a werewolf and now she is too. Over the next few days, Heidi struggles with the changes to her senses and realizes that she needs to talk to Luke. Luke quickly helps her to realize that werewolves are real, because he is one by birth. Heidi is not only amazed that werewolves are real and that she is one now, but that Luke seems to be the perfect man for her. If only she didn’t have to go home to Denver.

Luke is surprised to find out that there is another werewolf in the area and that it attacked Heidi. He is worried about her going through her first change alone and relieved when she finally calls him. After showing her the truth, Luke begins spending time with her and quickly realizes that he has finally found a woman with whom he can spend his life with. The problem is that she is going home soon.

The day before the full moon, Luke picks up the scent of the werewolf who attacked Heidi, first at the Market and then at her apartment. Luke takes Heidi to the safety of his home. Now, he must keep her safe through her first change and find out who the other werewolf if and why he wants Heidi.

Animal Instinct is an erotic book filled with passion between Heidi and Luke. I did feel that the plot and character development could have been a bit more developed, considering the length of the book. However, with likeable characters, a fast pace and searing passion, this book was still a great read. If you are looking for a hot paranormal read, then Animal Instinct is the book for you.

Got sex and romance on the brain? So does Cassandra Devon. She also has hard-boiled private eyes, dashing pirates, jet-setting super spies and other sexy rogues entertaining her in her surprisingly explicit subconscious. All these erotic daydreams make it hard to stay focused on Cassandra's current dilemma: namely, rebuffing the advances of Connor, a wild Irish rascal who wants to play the starring role in her fantasies. Cassandra is only interested in getting together with Raphael, the tall, dark and handsome man of her dreams. May the best romance hero win!

Walter Mitty meets Erica Jong in this wickedly funny and sexy hot comedy-romance from the author of Succubusted.

Ripping the Bodice is clever and witty in its use of the romance genre to explore how too much of a good thing can twist a woman’s expectations, landing her in hilarious hot water.

Ms. Lavey delighted me with her character, Cassandra. She’s an every woman with a bit of an exaggerated quest to find her perfect hero. It is that extreme romantic search that tickled my funny bone and the delivery is unique. It almost reminded me of the movie, “Romancing the Stone”, remember that? Not so much that Cassandra is the writer, she’s instead the reader, moved to read all the books in a series and imagine herself as the heroine. The use of her fantasies is a clever technique that not only entertains but moves the plot along. I’d never seen it quite used in this manner and I loved Ms. Lavey’s wild imaginings.

The conflict is her choice of two men. Oh to have that kind of dilemma. The man who captures her is as yummy as any romance book hero but better. Better because he knows Cassandra and is going to use her passions against her. I’m not going to reveal who she chooses because up until a certain point, I was never quite sure. The moment of revelation is madcap, like an I Love Lucy episode and I enjoyed the very vulnerable and real interaction between Cassandra and her true love.

The secondary characters had a life of their own and actually made the story even better. I can think of the perfect character I would love to see get well deserved comeuppances, another who I actually think deserves an HEA, someday and one I’d like to know more about. A story that leaves me wanting to know more, to want to read about the secondary characters getting their own stories speaks to well rounded writing by the author.

The imagined scenes are hot but the fireworks and explosions between the two main characters is like striking flint – you get sparks and awe. Or is that Ah!?

Ripping the Bodice will keep you entertained, giggling and appreciating the clever way Ms. Lavey used her understanding of what us readers like about reading romance. Be prepared to swoon when her man does the true heroic thing - proves that fact is hotter than fiction.

Wearing a Fantasy Unit costume to a friend’s Halloween party was meant as a practical joke poking fun at Vance Gemini, the one guy immune from every living girl’s charms. But Morgan Macy looks a little too much like the “real” thing in her pink latex dress and vid mask and is forced to head home for a costume change before she even gets to the party. Seeking a quick and efficient retreat on the NYC subway, she finds herself on an empty platform with a masculine, all-too-familiar voice ordering her to halt.

Really, FU269…what’s your major malfunction?

Imagine you’re in a world where everyone has a little bit of work done to them. Everyone has a little bit of synthetic flesh, or a tummy tuck, or some other cosmetic surgery. Now, imagine that the man you’ve pined over for what seems like forever suddenly mistakes you for a pleasure droid – that’s right a robot that provides sexual pleasure. What do you do? See what happens to Vance and Morgan in Fantasy Unit 269 and decide for yourself.

Ms. Vremont writes an engaging short story filled with sexy scenes and exciting characters. You feel like you’re in the story with them. The fantasy draws you in from page one and never lets go. I liked the unique concept of sex/pleasure droids and the fakeness of society. They mirror the now in that current society accepts pleasure individuals and the need for plastic surgery. Very relatable.

I liked that Vance, though a bit gruff, wanted Morgan and not the droid she portrayed. That was sexy. Even the love scenes, which could’ve come off as tawdry, were filled with passion and exciting to read about.

If you want a steamy short story, guaranteed to make you beg for more, then Fantasy Unit 269 is the short story for you. I give this work 4 ½ cherries.

Sometimes a world of unimaginable pleasure can be found right next door.

When Matt finds Cara's stash of erotica books, he knows this is his one chance to teach Cara about his lifestyle. Cara is eager to learn all she can from her neighbour even if it means giving him her complete trust.

The first time Matt touches Cara, he fears that this petite, shy woman could bring him to his knees. As he takes her through a morning of erotic pleasure, he fights himself, knowing he cannot keep her. No matter how good she feels in his arms. Cara is fighting her own demons. She wants more than just one time with this talented man.

After one day together, everything will change. For better or for worse.

Reader Advisory: This book contains light bondage.

Two neighbors finally quit fighting the attraction they feel for one another in this quick little, passion-filled read.

Neighbors Cara Lively and Matt Adams have been fighting their attraction for one another out of fear of ruining their friendship. But one night changes everything for the pair when Matt discovers Cara’s love of erotica and finally decides to demonstrate his dominant nature in what turns out to be some very scorching scenes.

This story is highly erotic with some very passionate sex, but there is still a tenderness to the story as Matt worries that his actions have scared Cara and Cara worries that Matt only wants one night. It’s touching that Matt, an obviously dominant male, is almost scared of hurting and losing Cara. And you cannot help but feel for Cara as she knows what she wants out of the encounter, but is unsure of what Matt expects from her. Both have come to care about one another and worry what this passionate encounter will do to their relationship as things seem to change forever for the pair.

I would have loved to have read even more about this pair because with its charming characters and its highly passionate yet still tender budding romance, Seduced by the Neighbour is a touching and erotic story that I enjoyed a great deal.

There is no escape from the beautiful tropical island, Maizely Ortiz in the middle of Lake Superior. It defies detection as the Siren lures men into her embrace.

Lady Baliese plans world domination with a superior race of women. She uses captured male specimens as the sperm banks for her chosen women. The invitation, a coronation, gala affair for an artist friend, and the warning to bring comfortable shoes.

Will Jasmine, Jon and Weylyn find a way out and return to normal lives?

"No one knows what has happened to the men and ships swallowed by Lake Superior. I thought what if the similarities with the Bermuda Triangle or Atlantis were behind a force field that was undetectable and the source of the disappearances. Spider Island is the result. I hope you will be intrigued and entertained by the possibilities and the story." ~ Cricket

Sometimes life hands us curve balls. Other times we know exactly what’s going on. On Spider Island, anything can happen.

Ms. Sawyer writes a complex and interesting novel with lots of twists and turns to keep the reader hooked. Her characters are intelligent and independent, but know when to work together for the common good. The love scenes were steamy and imaginative. I liked the inner strife that the heroine, Jasmine suffered when she met Weylyn. Which man to choose? Very human and very relatable.

I also liked Ms. Sawyer’s creativity with this novella. The reader needed to stay on his or her toes to keep the characters straight, yet it didn’t deter from the story. Though the protagonist was a bit hard to handle, that helped the complexity of the story and drew the audience in. The scenes on the island were rich with details, making the reader part of the story.

If you want a sexy romance with plot twists galore and creative characters, then Spider Island is the novella for you. I give this work 4 cherries.

After a heavy storm, fallen trees block the only road into town. Dave is trapped in his neighborhood, and as an RN for the local hospital, he knows too many people depend on him to call out. Luckily, a helpful neighbor wielding a chainsaw comes to his rescue, but in the process of freeing them both, he is badly injured. Dave is only too happy to tend to those wounds, and in the process finds out exactly why his new lumberjack friend is nicknamed, ‘Woody’.

Warnings: This title contains graphic language and m/m sex.

In this really short, yet entertaining read, a male nurse discovers just how his lumberjack neighbor got the nickname Woody.

Dave and Woody seem to come from two different worlds, but a freak accident brings them together in unexpected ways. When a tree blocks the only road to town, Dave, a nurse, thinks he is stranded until Woody shows up with his chainsaw in tow. But when Woody injures himself trying to save Dave from harm, it is up to Dave to tend his injuries and things quickly heat up as the two share a heated attraction to one another.

The two males share a chemistry that is hard for them to ignore…even when one of them is seriously injured. I was struck by their differences and intrigued by the pair in this erotic read. This was an interesting, but short read. It was almost like reading an excerpt, but a really good one with characters that intrigued me with their instant chemistry and connection as well as with their personalities. I really wish it had been longer as I felt the story had great potential to be a longer story that I would love to read. I’d love to know what happens next with this unlikely pair.

One week in paradise will make or break them…

It’s not enough that Kelsey’s husband left her for another woman. Oh, no. The “other woman” had to be her best friend Evan’s fiancée. Not only has she lost her marriage, she fears losing Evan to the lingering awkwardness and humiliation that hangs between them.

Evan has no intention of letting that happen. He’s got plans…namely, an extra plane ticket to Hawaii now his future wife is out of the picture. There’s only one person he wants on the trip with him, the one who’s always been there for him. The one he should never have let slip away into the arms of a traitorous friend who shattered her heart.

Kelsey is anticipating a week of fun in the sun with the man who’s always treated her like a little sister. No one’s more surprised when she discovers that Evan has seduction on his mind—and that she’s more than ready for it.

Love is the most powerful healing force of all. But past demons have a way of ripping open old wounds, and threatening the survival of even the strongest friendship…

Warning: This title contains explicit sex between best friends, graphic language…and a hero who knows how to put the hot in “hot tub”.

This fabulous read features two good friends who pick up the pieces after heartbreak and discover a love they thought could never be.

When Kelsey’s husband had an affair with her best friend’s fiancée, she wasn’t sure her relationship with her friend Evan would ever be the same. So imagine her surprise when Evan calls and invites her to go with him on his “honeymoon” trip to Hawaii. Having been in love with Evan since college and with both of them available now, she cannot help but wonder if this could be her chance to see if something more could develop and agrees to go. Evan realizes that he should have never let Kelsey slip away and is determined to pursue a relationship with her. As the two relax in the exotic locale of Hawaii, they discover a passion that can no longer be ignored, but misunderstandings and past hurts nearly ruin their budding romance before it has a chance to fully bloom.

This was a wonderful story that I couldn’t put down! I was drawn to and touched by the relationship between Evan and Kelsey. Both share a touching friendship as well as a mutual sexual attraction that they’ve never acted on as the timing never seemed to be right for the pair and now that it is they embark on a very sensual and erotic journey as they discover new facets to their relationship. The passion between them sizzles with every kiss and long look and as promised by the blurb for the story they definitely put the “hot” in “hot tub” as they give new meaning to the word.

With Evan and Kelsey, the author has created two very likeable characters that you cannot help but want to see together. The author gradually reveals information about their friendship and their past throughout the story and as the pair reminisces about old times and discovers more about one another you can see how perfect they are for one another, as they seem to understand each other’s quirks and insecurities. It’s amazing, yet understandable, how they never managed to get together before. Yet their old hurts, doubts, and fears could tear them apart for good.

In addition to Evan and Kelsey the great cast of supporting characters also helps to enhance the story and move the fast-paced plot along. These characters include Kelsey’s other best friend who encourages Kelsey to go for it with Evan as well as Evan and Kelsey’s exes. Each of these well-crafted characters plays an important role in Evan and Kelsey’s evolving relationship despite their brief appearances and without them the story would definitely not be the same.

As for the story, with its great characters, touching romance, and scorching passion, Unleashed more than earned Best Book status for me! I was captivated by this touching, yet passionate read and couldn’t wait to see what would happen next. This was Ms. Lynn’s first book, but I certainly hope it won’t be her last as I can’t wait to read more by this talented new author.

In the year 3478, Reaper Cynyr Cree has been sent to the western territories by the High Council as their executioner in taking out rogues. He's hot, tired, dusty and not in the best of moods when he happens upon a young woman being attacked. Dispatching the assailant with a careless flick of his laser whip, Cynyr doesn't give the woman a second thought until she follows him to his camp in search of food and protection.

Sold by her ex-husband for a brace of horses, Aingeal has known the hardships of being the property of a Jakotai brave intent on keeping her at all costs and she has run away. Being rescued by an infamous Reaper seems the only way she can escape her captivity and she's willing to do what it takes to stay with Cree.

Taking lives comes easy to Cynyr. Living one is another matter. Always keeping his distance from others, he is stunned to realize he doesn't want to let Aingeal leave him.

When a man named Cynyr decides to make a woman named Aingeal his own, no man will ever take her from him.

Every woman wants that one man who’ll make them burn with desire, even if he’s a Reaper. In the case of Aingeal, she runs to Cynyr Cree for help and shelter. When he can’t turn her away, he turns to her for a mate. What happens next? Read Wynd River Sinner and find out!

Ms. Boyett-Compo writes a compelling and fanciful novel. Her scenes are descriptive and captivating and her characters all have some sort of issue that the reader can relate to. Cynyr feels he’s beyond love and cannot mate. That is, until he meets Aingeal. She’s got fire and spunk enough to draw him in, despite any repercussions. I liked her unwavering devotion to him. Once she made up her mind, she stuck with it.

The story itself seemed a bit slow, but never enough to deter the reader. I recommend this read for a slow summer afternoon at the beach because the steamy love scenes will take you away.

If you’re looking for the best mix of fantasy, western, and romance, then Wynd River Sinner is the novel for you. I give this book 4 ½ cherries.

Nothing is too taboo for Susan. She's tried it all. Her unique physical attributes make this horny femme fatale, a sex partner extraordinaire. But everything isn't as erotically perfect as it seems. Someone close to Susan has hired thugs to kidnap her.

When she is stalked and attacked by thugs, she begins to depend more and more on a handsome security guard for protection.

The outcome of this liaison is more shocking than anything Susan's done in bed.

Some of us just want to find someone to love. Some of us just want someone to love us. In the case of Susan, she wants both from the same man. But which man will make her happy? And which man will keep her safe? Read Sins of Susan and find out.

Iona Blair writes sexy short stories filled with passion. Her characters all have faults that the reader can identify with. Her scenes are rich with detail that make the reader feel like he or she is really there.

Susan loves Norwood, yet he wants a simple tumble in the hay. When someone threatens Susan, Norwood becomes more romantic, but unconvinced to take the next step. When the handsome security officer Ben enters the picture, Susan must decide if her pleasures of the flesh are enough for a lifetime or if she really desires more.

Susan’s situation at work – a co-worker that she can’t seem to get along with is something many readers deal with every day. Norwood’s hesitancy to make a long term commitment shows he’s human, yet still attractive.

If you want a saucy, sexy read, then Sins of Susan is the novella for you. I give this work 4 ½ cherries.

He thinks he’s just a wallflower. Little does he know he’s the guest of honor…

It’s the last night of a week-long house party in remote northern England. Every sensual delight imaginable is right at Henry Shaw’s fingertips. Yet all he wants is to be with his host, the deliciously handsome and enigmatic Arsen Grey. Henry’s certain it’s love, not mere infatuation. He’s also sure it’s hopeless. After all, the party’s purpose is to find Arsen a new mistress.

Arsen longs to leave the glittering, jaded world of the ton behind and find someone who will value him for himself, not his wealth and his title. He suspects that someone could be the strapping country gentleman he’s caught staring at him. Henry is loyal and dependable, nothing like his other acquaintances. Arsen sets a plan into motion, one designed to get Henry into his bed. One that includes a test of devotion.

Arsen never expected that in winning Henry, he risks losing his heart.

Warning: This title contains a m/m romance between an obscenely wealthy marquis and a strong, silent country gentleman.

Honesty is the best policy. Then again, loving someone for who they are is a pretty good quality as well. In Object of His Desire, both Arsen and Henry must learn both or risk losing everything dear.

Ms. March writes a sexy, yet sweet novella of love coming in many forms. Her characters are realistic and loveable. You want to see them obtain the love they desire. You also want to see them relinquish the emotional baggage that holds them back. Arsen is a Marquis. He possesses money and property. Henry is a simple country man happy with what he already has. The two couldn’t be more different or more suited for each other.

I liked how Ms. March’s story drew the reader in from the beginning. I couldn’t put this work down. The characters are memorable and wonderful, in spite of their human misgivings.

If you want a sweet novella that shows that love can conquer all when the heart is engaged, then you want Object of His Desire. I give this work 4 ½ cherries.

Mother Earth is in danger, but the colorful characters in these steamy stories are doing their best to save the planet. They're passionate about the environment--and each other.

Often, however, their quest to protect nature takes them into risky (and risqué) territory. In Midnight at the 11th Hour Cowboy Bar, a journalist in a small Texas town struggles to free her hunky boyfriend, an animal rights activist, from suspicion of murdering a big game hunter.

As these "green" crusaders embrace their causes, and one another, they let us see the earth--and even realms beyond--through their lusty lens. Their sexcapades take us on a juicy jaunt from coast to coast, from the oceans to the mountains, firing up our awareness and our ardor along the way. Move over, Al Gore!

Just 17 pages long, this is a classic whodunit told in the 1st person. Jolene McBride is the owner of the 11th Hour Cowboy Bar and knows all the local gossip so it isn’t too big a surprise that she has all the details about the murder of Brisbee Cole, who had more enemies than friends. The narrator is the heroine and the town reporter who not only wants to find the killer for a major scoop but to clear her on and off lover, Tobias Harper’s name. Alexander does a fine job of packing a lot of information and description into this short story.

If you’re looking for something fun to read while you’re waiting at the doctor’s office, or just have an extra 15 minutes to spare, this is one to add to your list.

Oasis brings life back to a dying woman, then her rescuer. He saved her from the attack on a missionary village and planned to sell her, but instead he falls in love with her.

In twists and turns from a slave market to the luxury of a pasha's tent to the dunes of the Sahara, follow them to their Oasis and the kismet that could rend them apart forever.

Warning: Contains scenes of forced seduction, forced masturbation, and public sex acts at slave auction stage.

Oasis of Lust takes a reader on a journey reminiscent of a brutal world more in line with Aladdin’s time than ours. The fact that love can happen to the least likely people in the most bizarre of situations proves its allure to story tellers throughout the ages.

Kendra is the young heroine whose family taught her some things about survival but not enough to protect her heart. When she’s captured, this young American has to balance her beliefs, her reality and her desires for her future with the worldly and frightening society she finds herself trapped in.

Kendra is an interesting mix of innocence and bravado, practicality and curiosity.

Yasin is more an anti-hero than a hero in my opinion. At first I really wanted to hate him but as the story unfolded I realized that he is a product of his society. Can a person write off another just because their lifestyle and beliefs are different? Should I discount a man because he acts within the dictates of his clan tradition no matter that this is the 21st century? No. Even in this harsh culture Yasin showed himself to be a man of honor and showed depths of feeling. Interestingly enough was his reluctance to do what must be done. He’s really a good guy in a corrupt world. He too is a survivor and although this story is short, the measure of the man is well told.

My only negative is the editing. There were quite a few blatant errors that should have been caught before it was published. Because they were not as numerous as holes in Swiss cheese, the errors did not detract from the story, nor kick me out from the rhythm of reading. But I certainly noticed them.

Oasis of Lust is a well told story showcasing that even in a brutal society-honor, tenderness, caring and respect can foster the growth of love and a happily ever after. For readers who enjoy a romance in distant and seemingly uncivilized locales, this story delivers a fast and tight read.

Dave's first visit to a nudist colony begins with a series of mishaps: where does a man keep his wallet? What does a man do when a Barbie doll look-alike undulates by and makes him rise like the high tide? Can he only have her in his dreams?

Barbara has just seen the most gorgeous sample of manhood since viewing the statue of Michelangelo's David in Venice. Only this hottie is alive and even better equipped. But no way can a hunk like that be here by himself.

When a chance meeting in the sauna reveals a mutual attraction--and so much more--this couple finds out the true meaning of steamy-hot.

Barbara is new to the whole nude beach scene, but when she spots a “David” with an impressive package she can’t help but wonder what it would be like to have a go with the sexy stud. Dave finds the perfect little “Barbie doll” a vision that keeps his friend near a constant state of embarrassment. Who wants to walk around a nude beach sporting wood all the time? When fantasies become reality these two get hot and spicy.

HOLY COW!!!!!!!! Never in my life have I ever thought a nude beach could be sexy. I’ve seen too many pictures of hairy paunch bellies for me to ever want to visit one, but if there was a chance I could see a man like Dave….SIGN ME UP!!! This was without a doubt a hot little number that will leave you smiling as much as panting. Descriptive in scene and character with a very cute story, a good read that is well worth the time.

Ms Rossi, you have done a fantastic job and I can’t wait to tear into more of your works. I am sure anything you write, nude or otherwise, will leave your readers as satisfied as I was.
