Victoria McLain’s dad was the best DEA agent ever, but now he’s dead and Victoria’s hell-bent on making the responsible Colombian cartel leader pay. Even though she’s not DEA, her dad trained her as DEA and she plans to use all her training to extract revenge. Her only problem is Hayden Hunt.

Hayden Hunt is a DEA agent and a werewolf. His wolf senses are a blessing when Victoria’s lying to him and a curse when her emotional pain bleeds. Even though he doesn’t know the reckless beauty he's hunting by name, he knows her and he’s determined to keep his mate from her revenge, especially since she doesn’t plan to survive.

Brought together by circumstance, Victoria and Hayden spend their days battling each other and fill their nights with passion as Hayden takes and claims his mate again and again.

But when Victoria discovers that Hayden’s the only survivor of the ambush that killed her dad, she wonders if he’s the mole in the DEA she's been looking for. Hayden will have to prove himself again, if he's going to keep dominating Victoria.

Dominating Victoria takes the reader on a wild and exciting ride. You get the kick-ass heroine, the hard-as-nails hero, and enough sexual chemistry and heat to keep you writhing in your seat.

The opening of the story sets the tone. Victoria wants revenge, and come hell or high water, she’s going to get it. Enter Hayden, a DEA agent who uses the wolf within to remain one step ahead. After Hayden interrupts her hit on a target, man-oh-man, do things take an exciting turn. They exchange barbs, engage one another with verbal foreplay… and then all hell breaks loose. Dominating a woman who’s never been topped makes for some sizzling hot scenes, and Hayden delivers on his promise to wring answers from the elusive Victoria by any means possible.

While the plot to get revenge on those who killed Victoria’s father is present – and important – the story really comes down to the flourishing relationship between the protagonists, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I thoroughly enjoyed Victoria’s strength, and couldn’t get enough of Hayden – the total alpha hero.

Shifter fans, be sure to pencil this one down on your TBR lists. Dominating Victoria is wonderfully written, fast paced, and will leave you with a smile on your face.
