Clarisse seeks refuge from her abusive ex-boyfriend on the Dilly Dally, her uncle's old fishing trawler in Tarpon Springs, Florida. She doesn't expect to find Mac and Sully, the Dilly's sexy new owners, on board making love.

They're at first startled by her appearance, then outraged by the injuries her ex inflicted. They insist she stay with them, and with nowhere else to go, Clarisse agrees.

Both men find themselves falling for Clarisse, but she can't bring herself to completely trust Sully, a former cop, like her ex. She's shocked to discover the men aren't just lovers either, but full-time Master and slave in a BDSM relationship. As she learns more about their history and lifestyle, she uncovers her own hidden desires. When danger from her past returns, can Sully and Mac provide Clarisse a Safe Harbor?

Clarisse is on the run from her sadistically abusive ex boyfriend Bryan. She returns to Florida; the only place she thinks could be safe. Her uncle’s boat in Tarpon Springs becomes her destination. Once she arrives she is too tired to do anything but pass out. Clarisse awakens to find two men she doesn’t know on her uncle’s boat and soon finds out a lot more about these men. Can Clarisse trust these men and let them help her?

Sully and Mac are deeply devoted to one another but when Clarisse enters their lives things begin to change. When they find out what has been done to her the men insist that she stay with them and with nothing else but her name she decides to stay until she can get back on her feet again. Clarisse soon learns that not only are the men in a committed relationship but it is also a Master and slave relationship. Clarisse must come to terms with this and figure out her own feelings for the two men herself. As the three deal with their feelings they must also deal with Clarisse’s ex Bryan who is searching for her and will do anything to shut her up for good.

A wonderful story about love and trust, Safe Harbor does not disappoint. The characters were very well developed and the plot was well written. The devotion between Sully and Mac is a wondrous read.

This author takes you on an intense ride with many ups and downs. I truly enjoyed this book. This story is a very hot read with a lot of Dominance and submissive action. Some of the BDSM aspects and the Master and Slave relationships of this book may offend some readers. I for one found the trust and love between Sully and Mac very profound. Not everyone can find a love like theirs and when the element of Clarisse is added to their relationship it is all that more powerful. With the help of the two men it was nice to see Clarisse grow into a strong woman in her own right, especially after the abuse she endured from Bryan. The bond that forms between the three of them is a complex and marvelous thing. Add in a kleptomaniac dog who claims his own butt plug and you have a winner.

With aspects of love, action and humor thrown in, this story is a must read. I know I will be looking for more from Tymber Dalton in the future as well as other stories that I may have missed.
