A big truck rolled into town. The cowboy wore a black Stetson. Tristan McKay. He knows how to tie her up, but she refuses to be the woman to tie him down.

Jaycee Craven hasn’t had hot, tie-me-up sex since Tristan left town. Okay, so six weeks ago she’d told him to go to hell. Now he’s back in her one-horse town for the rodeo, only she’s the one who’s about to get more than an 8-second ride.

Tristan McKay walked away, but he never had any intention of staying gone. Jaycee’s temper flares with the same intensity as her arousal and he’s been burned by both. Trouble is—he likes playing with fire.

Each time I settle into my favorite chair to read a KyAnn Waters story, I know I’m going to get tons of heat, a lot of heart, and characters that will make me melt. In her latest, Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down, I got a little something extra – a craving for more.

There is no build up; no shy or awkward glances. When the sexilicious hellcat Jaycee reunites with the too-hot-to-handle Tristan, it’s on. The chemistry cannot be denied, and neither can their desire for one another. A misunderstanding that occurred six-weeks prior pulled them apart, but it only takes minutes in one another’s presence to fan the flames. Sometimes you meet protagonists who click immediately, and that’s the case with Jaycee and Tristan. She wants him. He wants her. And even with the conflict that exists between them, they aren’t afraid to deny their sexual urges and needs.

While the underlying tension regarding Tristan’s traveling lifestyle, Jaycee’s inability to commit to Tristan due to needing someone who won’t hit the road to rodeo, and the betrayal that broke them up could have been touched up a bit more, I understood the need to set the pace and keep the flow. It’s apparent these Jaycee and Tristan love one another. They just need a little push and the trust necessary to say the words.

KyAnn Water fans will not be disappointed with Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down. You get a sexy cowgirl, a bronco riding cowboy, and a bit of hogtie wrangling inside a tack trailer. Need I say more? Be sure to add this wicked little novella to your TBR list.
