Computer expert Ethan Savage is done with his crush on his beautiful coworker. The dazzling Violet Moore is not interested and she doesn’t have a submissive bone in her body. And Ethan can’t do vanilla, especially with a woman he can’t stop thinking about owning.

In a box hidden under her bed, Violet hides her submissive fantasies. No one has ever guessed her true desires and she intends to keep it that way. Modern-day women do not want to be tied up, spanked and ordered about.

When Ethan discovers Violet’s secret, he sets out to give her a taste of true submission in one whirlwind night, but will the reality be too much to handle? Or will Violet finally see Ethan in a whole new light?

Julia Devlin writes a fast-paced read that takes the reader into the wonderful world of love and trust. The inner turmoil that Violet experiences at the club while watching Caleb and his sub is an intense and emotional read. The author's skillful writing keeps the reader turning the pages to see if Violet will eventually let go and succumb to her fantasies.

Kudos to Julia Devlin! She brings the characters and story to life with high emotions and hot scenes, making this book an extremely enjoyable read. She showed me that life can bring the unexpected and it sometimes arrives in a package that you would never think to open. Do yourself a favor and add this to your pile for reading -- you won't be disappointed.
