Karina has decided to go after the one thing she truly wants -- Kent and Justin. She knows they want her as well, but when she shows up unannounced at their weekend getaway, she gets a cold shoulder and even colder heart.

The men have a secret capable of killing, and they aren’t willing to risk the woman they love by exposing her to it. When she discovers it anyway, she realizes it’s up to her to prove to them that together they can conquer even the worst of curses.

Karina has been in love with her neighbors Kent and Justin ever since they moved in to the apartment next to hers. Finally deciding to make her move, she follows the guys out to their cabin. Once there Karina gets a whole different reaction from the men than she thought she would. Determined to get what she came for, she is ready to fight for the chance at love.

I really enjoyed the depth of the characters in this book. Karina is a strong woman who has endured much and will not give up on love. Kent and Justin are both stubborn men who fight their attraction to Karina at all costs. Thinking that it is better to stay away from her the men try to send Karina home but she will have none of that. It was great to see how empowered Karina is and how she goes about proving to the men that their love is worth the risks. She is a courageous heroine that maybe scared at times but is more than ready to stand up for what she believes in. The bond that grows between the three is a wonderful read. As hot and steamy as the sex is the love that they share always shines through.

The Healing Curse is a wonderful read that takes you on an engaging adventure of romance and magic. Pulling you in right from the start and never letting go until the end. I enjoyed this book and will be certain to look for more from this author in the future.
