Catherine Ryan has to find the perfect birthday card for her sister. Instead, she finds a card with the exact image of her fantasy man. She never expected to find a picture of the man of her daydreams—and the man of her erotic nighttime dreams. And she especially never expected that man to come to life!
Have you ever wished you had your very own Fantasy Man who was everything you've ever wanted or wished for in a mate and lover...but in the flesh? A man whose exquisite body is straight out of your dreams? Who makes love exactly the way you have always wanted and needed, and is attentive, loving and endlessly passionate for you alone? That is exactly what Cat gets when she wakes to find that she is not alone in her bed one morning and that the drenching hot dreams she had during the night had been real!
Young, attractive, hard-working Cat awakens to discover that the man that she has fantasized about since her divorce is in her bed. The beautiful, sexy young man claims to be the victim of a spell and, at first, can remember nothing else except for the jealous, revengeful woman who placed him under it.
Kane is not only Cat's ideal of gorgeous masculine looks, but a ravenous and competent lover who knows her desires as if he were made for her alone. But he is of another time and place. So she educates him about the world and its wondrous ways. Their adventure becomes a hot, exciting love that neither wants to leave behind. Unfortunately, it turns out that the circumstances of the spell Kane is under will force them to have to do just that.
This is a well-described, absorbing fantasy that is packed with detailed, scorching-hot sex scenes. The passionate action between the lovers burns off the pages. Yet the author has succeeded in delivering an emotional tale that scoops you up and takes you for a ride that gains in momentum until the end. I won't give that ending away, but it is sensitively done, leaving the reader satisfied and hopeful. I recommend this story to anyone who loves a sexy-hot, romantic modern fairy-tale style fantasy.
