Despite Eliza Worth’s attraction to her boss, Zach Taunton, she’s so fed up with his unreasonable demands she’s decided to look for another job. Her matchmaking friend Margo, determined to give Eliza some sexual healing for her work stress, invites her to a singles mixer, where Eliza reluctantly agrees to play a game of Seven Minutes in Heaven.
In a dark closet, Eliza is quickly brought to the edge and beyond by a sexy mystery man. Her initial intrigue quickly turns to horror when she discovers her masterful, anonymous lover is none other than her slave-driving boss—and Zach seems to want her for a lot longer than seven minutes.
But first he’ll have to relinquish some control and negotiate his way into her heart.
Office fantasies are something most of us have thought about, but only few of us have had a chance to experience. Eliza was forced to endure endless meetings with her tyrannical yet sexy boss. One minute she wanted to walk out and never look back and the next she wanted him to bend her over the desk and make love to her. They say there is a thin line between love and hate, and Eliza and her boss Zach are getting ready to find out just which side of the line they are on.
Zach is definitely a man I can see being infuriating one moment and the next you just want to submit to his every whim. A drop dead gorgeous boss is enough to tempt any girl and Zach is just that. I loved his domineering personality. It proves why women want him, and why he has been so successful within the business setting.
The story was jam packed with sexual tension. Something as simple as the way Zach crossed one leg over his knee was a form of foreplay. One thing that keep me on the edge of my seat was how long it took for them to actually have sex. They seemed to keep each other a an arm’s length away by not having actual intercourse, but instead doing everything else. This help keep the story entertaining, but I felt more frustrated than the characters and just wished they would just get to it.
This short story was definitely entertaining and anyone who even had a sexual fantasy especially one about an office affair would definitely enjoy this story.
