Dana fled her pack and their laws to live on her terms, but the price of defiance was her happiness.

Pack law states Lycan females must be shared by two or more males, but young and in love, Dana flees rather than be forced into a ménage. Her life on the run, constantly on guard, has no room for happiness. When her past catches up and brings her back to the home she fled, she finds herself reevaluating her beliefs. To her surprise, she discovers her body and inner wolf want to claim three males.

Could it be that now older and wiser, she can accept the Lycan polyamorous way of life? Or will jealousy and fear send her running again?

Warning: Reading this book may find you panting for three werewolves of your own. Please talk to your doctor before attempting the foursome scene portrayed in this book as it may result in numerous orgasms.

Oh my goodness! Someone help me off the floor… My side hurts from laughing so hard and I think I am in love with all the characters in this story and quite possibly the author as well. Dana is a feisty she-wolf who has been on the run for twelve years because of pack law. She is determined to stay mate free. I cannot help but love a woman that will not lie down and let a man, or men in this case, control her life.

The magnetic pull of all the characters in this story was powerful and so delicious that I could not put the book down, and would have bitten anyone who dared to pull me away before I finished it. Once Nathan, John, and Kody started the mating dance I had my doubts that any of the men would have the ability to survive the courtship, and there was a few times that I felt sorry for them.

Despite the three being very different wolf-men, Dana found herself drawn to all of them. The “delicate dance through emotions and jealousy where one misstep could signal disaster” was a ride that I enjoyed and it endeared my heart to them all. Nathan and his alpha attitude, John’s calm doctor personality, and Kody, the incorrigible jokester, will keep you entertained as they try to figure out how to court and claim Dana without her running.

This story is full of howling laughter, lots of teasing, and really hot sex scenes that left me looking for another book by Ms. Langlais before I even finished this one. They say laughter is a way to release stress and this story will make you feel good in both mind and body. There was one thing that caught me off guard and seemed strange in the plot but I guess it could happen as it did in the movie “The Underworld”. Definitely a good read with a entertaining story line that is worth reading.
