Scrumptious scoundrel. Daredevil T Dobbs, the sexiest cowboy to ever walk the streets of Delight, Texas, headed out of town, taking Melanie Honeycutt’s heart with him. But now he’s back and hotter than ever. Trust him? Her head says no but her body has other ideas.

Stubborn woman. She was the girl T never forgot and the woman he yearns for in the deepest part of his heart. But what’s a man to do when she doesn’t believe he’s home for good? T knows his way around dangerous curves, and Mel’s are hot enough to burn a man. He figures it’ll take a slow hand and some downright smokin’-hot sex to melt her reserve but he’s definitely up for the challenge.

Reader beware: Wear you contact lenses while reading this story! Regina Carlysle knows how to write a story that steams up the reading glasses!

Ms. Carlysle is now in my “favorite writer's” folder and on my must have books list. I loved this story and I know it will be a favorite one for a repeat read in the future.

Tall dark and handsome Heywood “T” Dobbs is a famous stuntman and local town hero, not to mention one sexy and very HOT daredevil. This cowboy turns heads when he swaggers back into his hometown of Delight, Texas but he is here for only one reason and that is to claim the lady he has loved since high school, Melanie Honeycutt.

Melanie, a high school English teacher and basketball coach, has gotten stuck handling the Miss Peach Delight Contest for the fair in town square. She loves her small town but she still pines for her long lost love T Dobbs. After all these years she should be able to move on, especially since a good looking biology teacher named Bradley Moore is asking her out these days yet she still delays. Why is it she cannot get over “T” walking out on her so many years ago?

Her life is then turned inside out when T shows up announcing to the world that he is back in town to stay and he plans on making Melanie his “woman” forever. But can poor Melanie's heart forgive him for leaving her in the first place and can she trust him at his word this time? Can lost love be rekindled and burn hotter than ever?

Soon misunderstandings bring new heartache to our heroine, but in the end all is “Happily Ever After”!

The sizzling chemistry between T and Melanie melted off the pages of the book from the very beginning.

I found myself completely enthralled in their heated “love-scenes” and anxious to turn the page to reveal yet another facet of these character's rekindling romance. Regina Carlysle made the descriptive overview of her characters come to life in vivid technicolor, as I felt I could see her characters in precise detail. Fanning myself through this story was a given, but even that hardly helped with cooling this reader down. I was completely drawn into this romance and found myself reaching for my hormone pills in case this hot flash combusted! I would say the love scenes were hotter than Texas in July!

With interesting and colorful side characters, I found myself hoping to read about their lives and romances in future installments. I really like that as the reader I could see the humbleness and insecurities of both characters in their quirks and their banter making them seem so touchable and real.

I was extremely impressed with the fluidity of the storyline that flowed so sensually. Regina Carlysle's smooth story-telling lured this reader into her fictional reality completely. I found myself reading this book non-stop from start to finish without even realizing that my allotted leisure time had passed by. In fact I read this story twice, that is how much I enjoyed it. The editing was great on this book and my only complaint was that the story was so short (sorry guys, that is always my complaint on short stories and I am aware this is my problem not the story's). I would have loved to read more about these characters and their lives, but for a short story again I say Regina Carlysle really brought this story to life.

Need a little daredevil in your life? Well this is one hot cowboy you can fantasize about! Looking for a lost romance rekindled? Than this story is for you! Can you handle the heat? Come on, I dare you!
