Exploring an ice cave on the Mantanuska Glacier in Alaska, Cassidy finds something out of the ordinary—six men dressed in fur and leather, motionless and seemingly dead. But she soon discovers they’re very much alive when her touch awakens one—and she finds herself pinned beneath his muscular heat in the blink of an eye.

Edensaw and his wolf brothers have slept for ten thousand years. As ice age Tlingit Indian hunters, they were chosen to be a new race of man, the first werewolves. They are the sentinels, created to protect against evil that is to come. But the touch of one woman ignites his mating urge and Edensaw awakens before he’s needed, into a world he no longer knows and a passion he cannot deny.

As the couple moves from lust to love, the dark evil brews, threatening not only to destroy the mating bond, but the sentinels themselves.

Marisa Chenery has proven herself yet again to be one of the reigning members of the “Werewolf Romance Writer Scribe” with her passionate novellas of werewolf matings. Ms. Chenery continues to impress with her engaging writing of wolf-shifter adventures as she spins a succulent tale that will make the coldest heart howl at the moon.

While hiking near an ice cave on the Alaskan Mantanuska Glacier, Cassidy makes a remarkable discovery; six prehistoric looking warriors who appear to be dead. She notices that they are all extremely handsome but one in particular calls to her heart. When she touches him, Cassidy is shocked to discover that they are very much alive. Soon she finds that her life has changed forever.

Edensaw and his wolf brothers are the “sentinels”; Tlingit Indian hunters who were chosen to be the very first werewolves in existence. They have been asleep for over ten thousand years until Edensaw, the alpha leader is touched by his mate Cassidy which triggers the wolves' premature awakening.

The wolf brothers are now in a modern world that they are not familiar with and now have to learn to adapt in order to prepare for the battle of evil that is to come.

This story is about a predestined prehistoric werewolf mating centered in the lovely ice glaciers of Alaska. I thought this was a good story with just enough “Hot” to keep me smiling through the cold icy nights. I was intrigued enough that I could not put this book down once I started reading it, however I did feel that the story needed a bit more character development to turn it into the wonderful series that I predict this can become.

I always find myself happily ensconced into the fictional world Ms. Chenery creates with her paranormal/romance writings, and this tale's eroticism was heated and the storyline was intriguing. I enjoyed her main characters, as well as the secondary characters and I found myself looking forward to her next book in this saga. Though some of this story did not flow as smoothly as some of Ms. Chenery's other writings, I did find that I was captivated by her imagination and enchanted by her creativity. Ms. Chenery's romantic concepts are always original and witty making her tales so very enjoyable.

This fascinating paranormal/romance just may be the story to break the ice around your chilled libido.

Born into an affluent family, Locky never faced a problem his family money couldn’t fix. Everything changed the night he stumbled upon a young gay man beat to death and left in the parking lot beside his car. Unable to get the image of the boy out of his head, Locky quit his father’s law practice and took a job at BK House. Adapting to a new way of life is difficult, and it’s made even more so by a raven-haired hottie who pushes every one of Locky’s buttons.

College courses have been a breeze for junior, Becket Chandler. He’s sailed through his classes with ease, despite their advanced subject matter. His love life, on the other hand, has been an ongoing struggle with no easy answers. While his former housemates enjoyed gaming, sports and drinking, Becket chose sex as his favourite extracurricular activity.

When Becket arrives at the BK House, he’s ready to tackle another year and a few more willing seniors. Younger men are fun to play with from time to time, but nothing satisfies him like an older, bigger man staring down at him, preferably with Becket’s legs spread and draped over his broad shoulders. From the moment he shakes hands with Locky, all he can think about is getting the drop-dead sexy Director of Student Life into his favourite position. Despite Becket’s continued interest, Locky continues to play hard to get. Luckily, Becket doesn’t give up easily.

Tragedy, whether personal or something one comes in contact with, can change someone's views on life. Tragedy is what eventually brought Locky to the BK House. It's there he met a man who tempted him far more anyone ever had. Beckett was everything Locky wanted in a man as well as everything he had been trying to avoid to save his own heart.

I really loved the way that Locky and Beckett seemed to complement one another. Even though they both have their issues and reservations, they really seem to work well together. It is rare to see a couple that you immediately know they are meant for each other, even if they do not realize it. They are one of those lucky couples. It made the reading of this story that much more entertaining because I just wanted to see how they got past their personal issues to eventually recognize what I knew all along.

Beckett's story is one that really touched my heart on many levels. He may be young in age, but his circumstances have made him extremely wise in many ways. Even as a child he was forced to grow up quickly and be the parent that his mother and father couldn't be in some ways. This, coupled with the relationship with his siblings really helped to mold him. I like that while he many seen reckless and naive, in fact he is just a person who is finally getting to live his life with a little less weight on his shoulders. It made me root for him as the story went along and really hope that he got the help and compassion that he truly deserved.

This book is a true underdog story and because of it, made me sympathize with the characters. The emotional attachment I experienced because of this really kept the pages turning. Add in an entertaining plot and the next thing I knew, I had finished the story and was left wanting more. It was that good.

Review by Poppy

Ysbail of Ellesmere is a pawn in her guardian's war. For decades there has been unrest between the marcher lords and Owain Gwynedd ap Gruffydd, King of Gwynedd. The most recent war had been the bloodiest she could remember in her eighteen years. Madog ap Maredudd, Prince of Powys, and his allies lost untold numbers of men at the hands of Owain's soldiers. When a settlement of truce is presented to Madog, it's at Ysbail's expense. She is to marry Bedwyr ap Owain, one of King Owain’s bastard sons, and his most notorious henchman. If all the rumors and stories she's heard are true, she knows her marriage will be rife with horror and fear.

Since proving himself worthy with his sword, Bedwyr fights at his king's side. He's shed oceans of blood and sent untold numbers of men to their graves. He's become what his name foretold—the grave-knower. He's afraid of nothing, least of all death. All men fear him, including those who fight at his side, and sometimes even his own king. Terror of him lives within women's hearts; only the bravest of whores accept him into their beds. And children weave their own tales of the monster they hear him to be, embellishing the details to their own gruesome degrees.

When King Owain informs Bedwyr that he's to marry Ysbail of Ellesmere as part of a peace settlement with Madog, Bedwyr is furious. A man such as Bedwyr can only survive on the battlefield. For without love, hatred will send a man like him to the edge of insanity. Then push him over. But when Bedwyr sees Ysbail for the first time, blood-thirst turns to blood-lust, and he vows to show her that she should have no fear of him.

This short, sweet erotic romance isn't short on heart, heat or plot.

We get plunged into the middle of the story, a few days after Ysbail's wedding to the devil, Bedwyr.  He had taken her virginity with no emotion and in just a quick moment immediately following the ceremony, confirming all her fears about the marriage bed--and about him.

When Bedwyr later tries to earn his new wife's trust, he goes all out, baring himself, his soul and even his heart.  Truly Awakening is a romance, above and beyond the plenitude of sex.  Ms. Shortland has penned a lovely story that I wished was longer, as it left me wanting more; more at the beginning and more and the end.  That's not to say the story was lacking, just that there was so much depth to the story, this could easily have been twice as long and not been enough.

My absolute favorite part of the story had to be how Ysbail deals with the catty gossips who worked at the keep.  Clever and quite fun!  She shows her backbone here, proving she's strong enough to govern alongside her husband.

I admit it strained the bonds of credibility a bit to believe how sexually unrestrained the previously virginal Ysbail becomes after very little time with her husband.  She goes from fearing the marriage bed to initiating sex and accepting him over and over in only a few hours.  Still, without it, this wouldn't have been erotic romance and the sex is both sweet and hot and certainly appropriate.

All in all, I was very glad I had a chance to read this book. Set in a time I'm not familiar with, in a place I've seldom read about with characters who felt real and genuine, Awakening is a touching romance with plenty of sizzle and a truly satisfying ending.

After growing up without a father, wannabe-bride Wendy Weston will do anything to secure a husband, even chase down the man who ran away the night before their wedding. But in order to find him, she must turn to the guy who makes her knees weak—uber-sexy best man Marco DeLuca.

Marco has kept his attraction to his cousin’s woman under wraps. When the wedding implodes, he helps Wendy track down Paul in Aruba to get some closure. But once on the island, neither of them can deny their strong attraction, and they spend the night engaged in the hottest sex Wendy has ever had.

Wendy worries that maybe she’s moving too quickly, but after experiencing the best sex of her life, she discovers what she’s been living without during her obsessive search for a husband. And realizes Marco is the very best man to give it to her…

What one wishes for is not always what one needs. And this was the exact case with the heroine of this novel, Wendy. Wendy wanted so desperately to marry, that even after two failed attempts she was brave enough (or stupid, it depends on the point of view) to try it for the third time. Of course the third time was no charm for her; again the bad luck. And what Wendy needs is Marco and hot sex with him, luckily she got that in the end.

There are many things to like about this novella, and the first is definitely Marco. Second is the development of the romance between Marco and Wendy. Then one should not forget the great love scenes full of hot sex.

Let me start with Marco. On one hand he is definitely an alpha, but on the other he is patient, willing to help and great in bed. While I fell in love with Marco from the first page, Wendy was a totally different story for me.

At first she was this stubborn-as-hell person who thought that being married was the greatest achievement. Not only that, but she expects it to bring instant happiness for the rest of her life. I was pretty upset that Wendy was so focused on her ex-fiancé that she never seemed to notice Marco and all his great qualities. But what bothered me even more was her determination to get married to the guy who ditched her at the altar. I did not like her persistence.

What was great is that at the end of the novella she had grown and changed to become a woman who finally realized that she could be happy in a meaningful relationship with a great guy. Especially when it's a relationship full of love and mutual respect that is included with the hot sex.

There are some minor illogicalities in the story, like how was it that Marco, who was the best man to Wendy’s groom, did not know that Paul had no intention to marry Wendy? But they are minor, and didn't really affect my enjoyment of the story.

The Very Best Man is the kind of erotic romance that I enjoy a lot. It has the right proportion of romance on one side and great hot sex on the other side. I’m strongly recommending it.

Porcha Ballantine’s husband is dead, and now the killers are out to get her.

On the run and desperate, Porcha turns to an old friend for help. When he dispatches three hunks with attitude to help her, she instinctively trusts them. As Troy Anderson, Adam Cole, and Beck Easton slowly unravel Porcha’s problems, they also tackle the subject of her sexuality and invite her to play with them. After three years of marriage to a man who controlled her every waking moment, she’s more than ready for some fun.

When Porcha is snatched by the bad guys, the action moves to Miami as her protectors do whatever they must to find her. They grapple with drug dealers, diamond smugglers, and the dregs of the underworld, putting their lives on the line for the woman they love. It’s taken them years to find her and they’re damned if they’ll let her go…

Porcha is on the run from someone who wants to harm her, maybe even kill her. When a friend sends her three bodyguards, she's supposed to feel safe. But her feelings of safety are also laced with desire and need.

Her three protectors aren't just strong and handsome, they are all also Doms in search of the perfect sub to please all their needs. To their surprise, Porcha is a seasoned submissive, ready and willing to play their games.

This is BDSM done right! There are a lot of misconceptions about the BDSM world now-a-days, so I loved how this story showed that first, it is NOT abusive sex, and second, the sub isn't a weak person. While the men did tie her down, chain her, spank her, and do a bunch of other things to her, it was always consensual. She was always asking for them to be hard with her.

One popular misconception in BDSM is that the sub has no control in the bedroom, but Porcha did have control. If she wanted to, she could have stopped. There was the safeword which she never used because she was always comfortable and enjoying herself with her three lovers.

I loved Porcha. Although she's a sub, she was the most dominant character of the whole book. She was strong and always in control of her situation. If the men were busy doing something and she wanted to have sex, all she'd have to do is demand it and they would be at her mercy. So yes, while she was the sub in the bedroom, she was just as strong and just as brave as her men were outside of it. When she did land in real danger, she didn't cry, she started to fight.

The suspense part of the story had its ups and downs. I didn't care for the original excuse of who the bad guy was and why, and really hoped that they were wrong. I didn't like how they arrived at that conclusion given the lack of evidence. And the whole escape was way too easy. But it all fell into place at the end. And lets face it, while the suspense was good, the sex was so much better.

All in all, it was a very entertaining story and the sex was hot, hot, hot. So worth the read!

Dominance. Submission. Murder. And that’s just before lunch.

New York, Book 2

Homicide detective Brice Marshall’s current case has him stymied and frustrated. A serial killer is slaughtering young women. After a long, fruitless day poring over the most gruesome evidence he’s ever seen, he needs a break.

Stepping into his cousin’s BDSM club is a reminder that there is another part of himself. A part that has been left empty in a life ruled by work. The fact is, he’s a Dom in search of a sub. When he bumps into Terryn, a slender redhead who’s new to the scene, her wide-eyed eagerness even in the face of her nerves attracts him like gravity.

Terryn is the sub of his dreams, with the power to ease his soul. Without warning the murder case reaches ugly tentacles into the most private part of his world—the woman he wants to claim as his own. The woman whose stubborn search for the delicate balance between sub life and independence could put her directly in the path of the killer.

Who doesn’t like a little bondage with their coffee? I’ll take mine with a dose of mystery and a dollop of whipped cream thank you very much.

Damaged Goods was a fast read that had me hooked within a few pages. The murder investigation of girls who all worked at a coffee shop was intense and had a very real feeling to it. So was Terryn, a feisty red head’s foray into the BDSM lifestyle. The scene with the detective finding her at the club was super hot and the in depth description of the color coded collaring system was very well done.

The back and forth between Kent and his partner Brice threw me for a little bit until I realized this was the second book in a series. (New York, Book 2) After I understood there was some backstory, the book flowed well and I wasn’t lost any longer.

Brice is a Dom searching for his perfect sub. When he bumps into Terryn at his cousin's BDSM club, sparks fly and get even more heated when she lands right in the middle of his murder investigation. The sex is mega hot. The bondage hotter and when Gage, a hunky Dom from Texas makes an entrance, I found myself practically drooling on my iPad. Uber hot ménage scenes that will be in your dreams for at least a few nights. Promise.

The murder investigation portion of the book was also well done. It bounced back and forth with the BDSM club, the rec center and the coffee shop, lending a well-rounded feel to the book. The dialog was natural, the action perfect and the sex scenes were scorching.

If you are up for some time well spent with some Doms that need a little love, then this book is for you. Take a walk on the wild side. Just make sure you ask for a nice salted caramel mocha to keep you company for this BDSM edged murder mystery. You won’t be sleeping until the last page is devoured.

A sexy cop with a broken heart is about to be taught a lesson.

Hope Marlow is a twenty-two-year-old seasoned vet when it comes to steamy one-night stands. Hope has had a hard life. From the wrong side of the tracks and abandoned by her mother, she finds herself trying to raise her little sister on a salary that barely pays the bills each month. She's tough, jaded, but when she's pulled over one sweltering summer afternoon for not using her turn signal, she meets her match in a sexually inexperienced cop twice her age.

The day Jack Malone stopped Hope is one he can't forget. It's more than the way she looked in the miniskirt and hot pink tank top, it's her confidence that keeps coming back to haunt him. But Jack is still reeling from his wife's death a year ago, and Hope represents things he thinks he can't have with a woman—passion and a new beginning. Plus, there's the fact that she's practically half his age.

Hope sees things differently. The age difference doesn't bother her, but while Jack craves an emotional connection, Hope has no interest in that. She's an expert at pushing her emotions aside, and she knows that if Jack would let her, she could teach him how fulfilling lust alone can be. With that in mind, she sets out to seduce the sexy cop.

It's only during their first night of passion that they both discover how much they've been missing.

Hope Marlow has never had it easy. Her life is a hard mess. She lives in a trailer park next door to a crack head, all while playing the role of mother to her younger sister. For a twenty-two year old, she's dealt with more than what most have to deal with. Hope was both, strong and vulnerable. While I admired her ability to keep going as life kept kicking her down, it was the glimmer of the young girl who only wanted to be loved that truly pulled me in.

Jack is a much older man who is still carrying around the pain of his wife's death. Hope eases the pain but he's too afraid to act on his feelings and desires for her.

I really enjoyed the story as a whole. The descriptions and details made me envision the setting, feel the character emotions, and want to know what happened next.

My one and only complaint is that Jack was too passive. I understand the author was trying to paint him as a man reluctant to open his heart to love and desire because of losing the love of his life, but at times he came off more like a reluctant five year old refusing to eat his veggies. There were scenes when he was strong and made the first move, like when he came to check on Hope's sister or when he invited them to his place, but when it came to the sex he was a scared kitten. There was a scene where Hope is giving him oral sex and his hands are bunched into fists and he refuses to touch her. That turned me off. I like a man who enjoys sex and is actively participating in it. His lack of participation and his fear didn't sit well with me in that one scene.

The rest of the story was good, and I enjoyed how in the end he got over his fear.

Danny Champion is ready to be a rockstar. He’s been preparing for this most of his life. He’ll finally make it with the Knights. He knows it.

It’s a horrible time to fall in love.

But then there’s Cash, Danny’s roommate. A quiet computer nerd without a clue about the music business, Cash can barely understand the world Danny’s so eager to live in. He certainly doesn’t want to share it.

Even though he knows he shouldn’t, Danny’s unable to resist introducing Cash to the wonders of sex. He didn’t expect to get addicted to Cash’s charms.

Love doesn’t always happen when it’s convenient. Danny is just starting the hard work it takes to make his band, Indigo Knights, a huge success. It involves long hours in the studio and a relentless touring schedule. Falling for his computer nerd roommate, Cash, is not on Danny’s busy agenda. That doesn’t seem to matter to Danny’s heart though. What starts as a fun fling soon turns serious for Danny but he has to convince a very reluctant Cash that Danny and his heart are for keeps.

Champion picks up a few months after the first Indigo Knights book, Squire, leaves off. If you’re new to the series or the author, don’t worry. It’s very easy to pick up the threads and enjoy this one on its own. Those familiar with this series and the previous wildly popular Heaven Sent series will definitely enjoy the few cameos from favorite characters. Mykles knows how to write great rockers and here the talents are on display yet again. Cash and Danny are fun together with obvious chemistry and the author definitely doesn’t skimp on the sex scenes, which are plentiful. The story is told from Danny’s perspective and it’s nice to get into the head of the lead singer. His characterization is nicely well rounded with good self awareness. Danny initially doesn’t want to fall in love. He wants to be the rock star that has a ton of groupies and live the life and only later fall in love and settle down. Don’t worry though because there is no infidelity but instead the emotional and mental obstacles Danny goes through are nice to watch and feel very genuine.

On the flip side Cash is much less well defined. He remains a shadowy figure and very one sided. He’s jaded and almost angry without any real depth or explanation for his feelings. The story would have benefited a lot from including some of Cash’s perspective. While I like this couple well enough, they feel flatter and less vibrant than other pairings in the rocker series from Mykles. The cameos from previous characters are wonderful though and I loved each and every one. I also like the set up for the other band members and look forward to reading their true love stories. This combined with the good writing and descriptive quality of the story elevate it from just another fluff story.

Overall, Champion is a good addition to the series and overall rocker books from this author. You can pick it up on its own and enjoy the clean writing, good wit, and hot sex. It makes for an easy and very fast read. Although I didn’t like this particular book as much as previous books, it’s still an easy one to recommend. I think fans will really enjoy it and I personally eagerly look forward to more in the series.

How can you love the mountain and the river, the very air and the deep fires that move through the secret places of the world? That's Kassius's problem, for he is in a love affair with a mighty elemental being who also happens to be his Emperor and best friend. But when his lover must take Rakel as his bride for political purposes, will Kassius be left out? Will he no longer feel the kiss that burns like ice?

When I chose to review this short story, I wasn't looking for plot or great characters. I was just looking for hot sex, and the dirtier the better. This, with the various warnings attached, seemed to fit the bill. However, after reading it, I did discover the moving plot and compelling characters within. Although the story is short, it is a complete story.

Kassius is a man sent to bring the beautiful and young Rakel back to his Emperor. Kassius is in love with the Emperor and they have been secret lovers for ages, so it's very hard on him that his mate is now going to marry a woman. Kassius battles feelings of both jealousy and secret love. While he would never betray his lover, he is also deeply attracted to the blushing bride.

Rakel has never been touched by a man. All her life she's been prepped to become the Emperor's wife, and now that day has come. She's taken away from her family, friends, village and taken by Kassius to the man she's destined to marry, a man she has never met. She's anxious and scared, and Kassius is there for her. She develops a lusty desire for him, but how can she act on it and betray her new husband.

So you can see the conflict right there. All the characters in this short story are driven by different desires and needs that are forbidden for them. Definitely great characterization and plot.

Another thing I loved about this story is the setting. I've never read anything set in a place like that before and I'll be sure to read other works by this author to learn more about this fantastical world where elementals and Emperors live. My only complaint about that is I wanted more description of it. I wanted to see the journey they traveled and see this country and village, and I wasn't able to imagine it.

Now we're getting to my favorite part of any short story, the sex. Despite all the warning labels attached to this story, the sex wasn't hot. I wanted dirty and this wasn't. It was sensual, romantic, tender, and passionate. It wasn't "I need to do you now" one night stand kind of sex. It was "I found my soul mate" kind of lovemaking. The sex was written differently than in other erotic romance stories and I really liked the sensual vs hot writing style.

Although short, this is worth the read. And here's the kicker. This book is currently FREE! Get yourself a copy today.

Hatfields and McCoys meet Dallas…

What should have been simple BDSM club play becomes complicated when lifelong neighbors Bye Caden and Karen Oakley discover there’s more between them than one steamy night. But acting on their feelings is unthinkable, for if discovered, they could reignite a century-old feud between their families.

Sneaking around to be together ups the heat factor, but it’s only a matter of time before the couple must come clean. Forever is hard to come by when one’s father shoots first and asks questions later.

Against a larger-than-life ranch setting, the lovers must overcome not only their own misgivings, but the opposition of their respective families. A task that could prove to be as big as Texas.

How can new lovers overcome an ancient family feud and be together forever?

For Bye Caden and Karen Oakley this is exactly the situation they find themselves in. When they meet at Neon Lasso, a private BDSM club, and quickly discover there are more layers to their attraction than just smokin’ hot sex they need to hide their blossoming relationship from both of their families. It is either that or risk getting disinherited or shot!

I always enjoy Ann Jacobs’ books and Lovers’ Feud is no exception. Karen and Bye are both very likeable characters, deep enough to be able to relate to them as a reader and I certainly was invested in the outcome of the book. The writing is articulate and graceful.

After the hero and heroine's initial meeting they only went back to the Neon Lasso once more, for some racy ménage fun, and then much of the story was about them discovering their past and why their families spent so much time and effort hating one another.

The past unraveled in an interesting way, secondary characters played and important part and set up the scene for future books in the series. I will certainly be on the look out for them.

I would have enjoyed another trip back to the club later in the book and some more steaming scenes with Bye as the star, but that didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the story – I guess I’m just greedy!

He lies silent and still, listening and evaluating each arousing touch, fighting his body’s reaction. Hatred flares when he discovers she’s human, but Mercile stole everything from him so he decides it’s fair to take her in return.

I have one word to “shout-out” about Obsidian! “EXCELLENT!”

Laurann Dohner definitely dazzles once again as she shows the world that she is the definite winner as “Best in Sci-Fi Romantic Writing”!

I have read every one of the “New Species” books in this series and have loved each and every one, perhaps some better than others, but Laurann Dohner has absolutely done a fantastic job at showing the emotional mindset of the “New Species” as compared to the differences we mere humans have when faced with an uncertain future where LOVE is concerned. This book combines the characteristics we love most about the “New Species” into a story that shows her fans that fantasy can be so very fun as well as sexy. As Ms. Dohner continues her exciting romantic saga, we find ourselves once again wishing to be that heroine when one of the “New Species” is ready to mark his mate!

880 is a captured “New Species” who has been tortured at the hands of humans. After watching his mate being murdered in front of his eyes, 880 sustains traumatic injuries trying to save the only mate he has ever known. When finally rescued and brought into the NSO, we find that 880 has given up on living, refusing to come out of a coma that is slowly claiming his life.

Alli is a compassionate human doctor who works at NSO. She has dedicated her life as a healer for those who have been suffering the most: the “New Species”. She has became obsessed with finding a way to bring 880 out of his coma. When every measure taken has not been successful, Alli becomes desperate. When she is denied her last ditch effort, she takes matters into her own hands. Alli uses herself to try and entice 880 into waking by scenting her scent as a possible mate.

Things become extremely complicated when 880 awakens into a different world, claims a new name and is allured by a new female scent. 880 now calling himself Obsidian is convinced that Alli is his to keep.

I loved these characters!

Obsidian is a sexy alpha male who is learning to adjust to a very human world. Love is his main focus and drive. He is innocently charming, extremely determined and humorously comprehensive as he learns to adapt to the world he is now living in. You cannot help but fall in love with this man, despite his mixed canine DNA.

Alli is a strong but quiet professional woman. She loves being a doctor but has found herself loving one man more than even her career. She is insecure about love but daring enough to risk everything for it. I loved this heroine and would love to think she has some characteristics that I may have in my life.

Laurann Dohner brings her tales to life with humor and magnetism as one cannot help but being pulled into her compelling fictional reality! These books sizzle with romance, the plot twist are fast paced and action filled, and it brings the reader to a futuristic scenario that is filled with exotic sexual heat and exhilarating exploits. I love all of her characters, even the secondary ones, leaving me wondering who will be the next mated couple in the next book in the series.

I keep finding myself searching for my own “New Species” male! “Oh what a fantasy!”

Sizzling with lethal dialogue as well as steamy sex, this truly sweet love story captures your heart and fuels your imagination. This is a highly recommended read!

Keep them coming Ms. Dohner! I cannot wait until your next book.
