When there’s a tiger—and a lion—on your tail, there’s no escape…
Delilah is strong, independent—and a princess on the run. Her father, King of the Falcon kingdom, wants to unite her with Pierce, Prince of the Tiger kingdom, and Jason, Prince of the Lions. Never can she imagine giving herself to one man if there is no love—let alone two! So she flees her home in hopes of avoiding the union.
Delilah may be dead-set against the plan, but Jason and Pierce have no doubts. She is the one they want to complete their triad, to be their mate. She alone has the power to form the bond that will, in turn, join all their kingdoms in peace.
They’re prepared to use every means of pleasure to convince her they are all destined to be together. But first they have to catch her…
Warning: This book is hot! Hot! Hot! Threesomes, m/m, and capture fantasies, oh my!
Theirs to Capture is a highly enjoyable and sensual read about three shapeshifters who come together in a passion-filled union.
Delilah, a shapeshifter princess is not too thrilled to learn that her father, King of the Falcon kingdom, seeking to form alliances has promised her to both Pierce, Prince of the Tiger kingdom, and Jason, Prince of the Lion kingdom. In fact, she is so upset over the upcoming union to the two men that she decides to shift into her bird-form and flee. Determined to make her theirs and unite their kingdoms, Pierce and Jason give chase and must win over their intended mate.
Each of these characters fascinated me and brought something different to the relationship. Delilah longs for love and doesn’t believe that either of her intended mates could provide it, yet she still finds herself attracted to and caring for the men who must prove themselves to her. Pierce is a bit rough and at first I found him hard to like, as he is very blunt and dominating. But he quickly won me over as we got to know him a bit more. Jason, Delilah’s childhood friend, has been lovers with Pierce for a while and also cares quite a bit about Delilah. While powerful, he is not quite as dominating as Pierce yet he still is quite an interesting character. The three come together in some highly sensual scenes as they discover they were meant for one another and work to overcome the doubts and insecurities in their way.
I was fascinated by the whole shifter and royalty concepts and wish there had been even more of this interesting aspect, perhaps with looks at other shifters, their abilities, the kingdoms, or the enemy that is mentioned. However, despite this, overall, this was a great story that I would definitely recommend to those looking for something both sensual and different.
